3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by Dallas Bocce Court Builders are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen conditions are discovered during construction.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your project start date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
5. Project Scheduling
Project start dates are estimated and subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Warranty Information
Dallas Bocce Court Builders warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship will be provided in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
7. Property Access
By engaging our services, you grant Dallas Bocce Court Builders and our contractors access to your property for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that any underground utilities are marked prior to construction.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled start date, your deposit may be forfeited. If we cancel the project for any reason, your full deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dallas Bocce Court Builders liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
